ABOUT ANDI
Experience shaped by how work really happens.
My career has taken me through architecture, construction, project leadership, training, coaching, facilitation, and organizational consulting. Different roles, different industries, but the common thread has always been people.
I’ve spent decades helping people communicate more clearly, grow as leaders, work better together, and move important work forward.
I learned this work by doing the work.
I didn’t begin my career in leadership development or consulting. I began in architecture and construction, working in environments where deadlines were real, projects were complex, and getting the work done depended on people communicating, making decisions, solving problems, and working together.
Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the people side of the work - leading projects, training teams, facilitating change, coaching others, and helping people work through the challenges that can make good work harder than it needs to be.
Eventually, that became the work.
I’ve seen the work from both sides.
INSIDE ORGANIZATIONS
Leading projects, developing people, managing change, facilitating teams, training employees, and working through the realities of organizational life.
ALONGSIDE ORGANIZATIONS
Coaching leaders, building development programs, facilitating communication, supporting people strategy, and helping organizations make sense of what they need next.
That combination shapes how I work today. I understand the pressure of getting the work done, not just the theory behind how people should work.
A little more about me.
I’m naturally curious, practical, and probably more comfortable asking a good question than being the loudest person in the room. I believe leadership can be quiet, communication can be learned, and success doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.
I started CTP Solutions, LLC because I wanted to do work that helps people and organizations function better without losing sight of the humans doing the work.
